The Geneva Globe (classic antique ocean) is a 20-inch illuminated floor standing globe featuring political landmass mapping and classic antique ocean stylings with 1,000’s of up-to-date geographic points of reference, boarders & topographical features.
When illuminated the internally located light enhances the cartographic features making many of them stand out and easier to read, along with exposing some cartographic features such as old ship routes not seen when illumination is off. The Geneva Globe includes a beautiful hardwood Duncan Phyfe style 3-leg stand featuring metal meridian with center post & top ring notch mounting for easily viewing the globe.
Whether identifying places of travel or current events, this globe makes an excellent functional decor piece for any for home, office or library with its clear & easy to read cartography.The cord exits the globe at the attachment between the globe and meridian at the south pole and includes an inline switch to easily turn the globe on and off.
Easy to change light bulb (instructions included). Overall assembled size is 45.5″h x 27.5″w x 27.5″d and ships in 2 boxes. Some assembly required.

Colors are very nice. The light was not coming on so we contact the company and we where easily able to fix the issue. The bulb had come loose during shipping. Now we know how to change the bulb if we ever need to.
