Returning or Exchanging Your Items
You may return new, unused resalable items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Simply ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our Customer Support team.
We will credit you for the total purchase price of the item upon our receipt of your return. Products returned according to this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment less actual outbound shipping charges. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
Packing & Sending Your Return or Exchange
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Inside the box, include the RMA packing slip issued to you by Customer Support. On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate return address; both of which will be provided to you upon contacting us. Please ensure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped with methods that will allow the package to be traced and the credit to process much quicker. We encourage purchasing insurance for returns should an issue occur with the carrier.
